Location: Hybrid in Omaha, NE or Remote within the United States

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Translate customer needs into technical designs and drive them through development and delivery.
  • Write clean, performant, and maintainable code while upholding high reliability standards.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor engineers to improve overall team engineering practices.
  • Advocate for and implement platform improvements to increase long-term system strength.
  • Collaborate with product partners and stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate problem solving and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in React and C#/.NET.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to mentor and elevate junior engineers.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working at a B2B SaaS company.
