Salary: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales managers and reseller partners to scope professional services opportunities.
• Collect customer requirements through remote interviews.
• Create SOWs, including cost estimates, based on customer requirements.
• Work with development resources to implement customized solutions using hirify.global products, APIs, and required third-party development tools.
• Design and prototype software development projects and ensure quality of delivered work.
• Support customer deployment of hirify.global services and present solutions to executives and end-users.

Requirements

• Knowledge of web application architecture and technologies.
• Database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
• Experience with Unified Communications, VOIP, and Contact Center technologies.
• Experience integrating communications platforms with third-party applications using REST APIs.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles; experience in PS consulting, sales engineering, and/or technical project management for telecom/cloud/contact center services.
• Programming experience with PHP, Python, or .NET.
