Location: Must be based in Warren, Michigan (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in office)

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of service engineers.
• Develop and implement vehicle serviceability strategies to reduce labor time and costs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and timelines across multi-disciplinary functions.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Aftersales teams to ensure service requirements are met.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service procedures and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Automotive Technology required.
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Engineering, Service Engineering, or Quality.
• 2-3 years of people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP) and Engineering Release Systems (Teamcenter).
• Experience with Interior, HVAC, and PSDS design and CAE validation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
