What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation programme.
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Technology, PMO, and third-party implementation partners.
• Drive project governance, reporting, RAID management, and steering committee updates.
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, deployment, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and operational teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in Private Equity, consulting, Big 4, or large-scale transformation environments.
• Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners and system integrators.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.

Nice to have

• Background in Big 4 consulting or specialist Oracle implementation firms.
• Experience within financial services, private capital, asset management, banking, or insurance.
