What you will do

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, checklists, and milestone trackers for assigned launch waves.
• Coordinate launch activity across DX content, development, and market teams to achieve fixed go-live dates.
• Manage end-to-end translation workflows, including briefing vendors and applying translation memories and glossaries.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues affecting content readiness and launch-critical dependencies.
• Lead launch-focused stand-ups, status reviews, and support go/no-go decision-making through clear reporting.
• Oversee post-launch hypercare activities and contribute to continuous improvement retrospectives.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills in planning, scheduling, and risk management across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with localisation and translation workflows, including vendor and tool management.
• Proficiency with JIRA and CMS or web platforms.
• Experience working with regional/market-based operating models and multi-market stakeholder structures.
• Ability to drive teams toward configuration and content freeze points for fixed delivery dates.

Nice to have

• Experience in global digital launch projects or multi-market website delivery.
• Industry experience in complex product sectors, ideally automotive.
