TL;DR
L3 Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist (Microsoft 365): Serving as the technical escalation point for enterprise collaboration ecosystems with an accent on incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and platform configuration. Focus on maintaining security, compliance, and service quality across Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive within an ITIL-aligned operational model.
Location: Must be based in Brno, Czechia (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Act as the Tier-3 technical escalation point for the enterprise collaboration ecosystem.
- Resolve major and complex incidents while driving root-cause analysis and implementing durable fixes.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings and Entra ID access controls to ensure security and compliance.
- Maintain consistent service quality across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Apply ITIL practices to manage incidents, problems, and changes effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform stability and performance.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English required.
- Minimum B2 level in French required.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Collaboration tools including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access fundamentals such as Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ITIL operational models and structured documentation habits.
Nice to have
- Certifications: MS-102, SC-300, ITIL v4 Foundation, or MS-700.
- Knowledge of Okta and SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC).
- Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
