What you will do

• Install and configure software and hardware systems and manage network servers.
• Maintain user accounts, access controls, and monitor system performance to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure maximum operational availability.
• Plan and implement upgrades, fixes, and patches for Linux environments.
• Develop technical documentation for procedures, standards, and environment status.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic technology planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux administration and application server management.
• Proven knowledge of JBoss EAP, Kafka, Camunda, and Elastic on RHEL and K8s platforms.
• Experience with mass operation of Linux servers.
• Fluent in Czech language.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and communication.
• Ability to work independently on complex operational projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Red Hat and VMware technologies (Ansible, RH Satellite, Git, K8s, Argo CD, VMware vSphere).
• Strong understanding of automation and scripting methodologies.
