What you will do
- Act as a front-line ambassador, providing superior service and education to customers.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to handle inquiries, enrollments, and complaints.
- Troubleshoot problems with 's products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning security solutions with customer needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Must be based in the greater San Antonio, TX area (within 50 miles of city center).
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to handle high-stress calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Google Suite; comfort with Mac systems is preferred.
- Reliable hard-wired home internet (min 50 mbps) and a dedicated confidential workspace.
