Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
• Must be based in the greater San Antonio, TX area (within 50 miles of city center).
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to handle high-stress calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Google Suite; comfort with Mac systems is preferred.
• Reliable hard-wired home internet (min 50 mbps) and a dedicated confidential workspace.
