What you will do

• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
• Diagnose technical errors and implement effective solutions.
• Provide customer support during field visits and via telephone.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels within the company vehicle.
• Report daily activities to the Regional Lead Technician.
• Participate in compensated after-hours on-call and technical support rotations.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Wexford and travel as needed, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and reporting software.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company policies.
• Responsibility for maintaining company vehicle, laptop, phone, and tools.
• Professionalism in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel for factory training on hirify.global Remstar products.
