What you will do

• Collaborate with factory owners and stakeholders to ensure equipment and kits are ordered per the Tool Install Schedule.
• Manage financial forecasting, funding requirements, and ensure POs are in place for all necessary tools.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure resources are positioned for timely delivery.
• Maintain data accuracy in EMS systems, driving part number configuration and genealogy.
• Ensure all staff are trained and compliant with SOPs, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality project plans to innovate construction practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Leixlip, Ireland.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills to manage discussions with executive management.
• Ability to make decisions and influence in a highly matrixed environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive change at a rapid cadence.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and expertise in Wet Etch process tool equipment.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• PMI Professional Project Management Certification (PMP).
