What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and utilities for site facilities.
• Lead a team of facilities engineers, technicians, and specialist contractors.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs and facility budgets.
• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on capital projects and equipment installations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a Facilities Management leadership role within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of building services, utilities (HVAC, steam, power), and maintenance systems.
• Proven experience managing budgets, service contracts, and capital projects.
• Solid understanding of GMP, Health & Safety, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
