What you will do

• Lead the legal execution of financing transactions, including project, construction, and asset-backed financing.
• Manage transactions from inception to financial close, coordinating with internal stakeholders, banks, and external counsel.
• Advise Finance and Treasury teams on financing structures, funding solutions, and transaction strategy.
• Oversee due diligence, manage critical timelines, and ensure efficient progress of concurrent financing processes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal advice and support commercial decision-making.
• Identify legal and operational risks while developing scalable financing processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in top-tier law firms, financial institutions, or in-house legal roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex corporate cross-jurisdictional transactions, debt/equity fundraising, and capital markets.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional project management skills with a hands-on approach to transaction execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high levels of ambiguity.
• English: C1 proficiency required for high-level stakeholder communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital infrastructure, AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, or data centers.
• Exposure to GPU financing or hardware financing structures.
• Familiarity with convertible debt or broader capital markets products.
• Previous experience in a high-growth technology business.
