Salary: CA$160,000 – CA$190,000

What you will do

• Ship backend features and services for the Growth pod, including AI outreach agents and communication hubs.
• Own technical decisions end-to-end, from initial design through production deployment.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build for low-latency and high-performance requirements as the platform scales.
• Contribute to the development of email, SMS, and voice communication channels.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
• Proven track record of shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve open-ended engineering problems.
• Strong technical depth with a focus on hands-on implementation.
• Must be able to work from the Toronto office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript or Python.
• Background in building AI-powered products or conversational AI.
• Experience with communication platforms or SMS compliance systems.
