What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for content platforms, defining architectural direction for backend and full-stack services.
• Lead the design of cloud-native applications on AWS, including API design (REST/gRPC) and data modeling for distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to translate business goals into scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive technical standards, automated testing, and operational excellence across multiple teams.
• Guide the safe integration and operation of AI/ML-enabled features within the content domain.
• Tackle complex, cross-domain technical challenges to improve platform reliability, performance, and developer productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Deep expertise in designing and operating cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Proven experience with service-to-service communication patterns like gRPC and various datastores (Redis, Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-service or domain-level content platforms.
