What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of critical product features and backend systems.
• Design and build scalable services, APIs, and data pipelines to support core functionality.
• Drive technical design decisions, balancing performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Define and implement success metrics, testing strategies, and observability standards.
• Lead structured experimentation to translate data insights into system improvements.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience with 3+ years in production product teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Advanced experience in designing and scaling distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to own systems end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building data-driven or ML-enabled systems.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or performance optimization.
• Experience with event-driven architectures or large-scale data processing.
