What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including users, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate repetitive sales and marketing tasks.
  • Manage Apollo for prospecting, list building, contact research, and sales outreach sequencing.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, copy coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Support the marketing team with social media content scheduling and general asset coordination.
  • Translate business requirements into technical CRM updates and detailed process documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and Flow Builder.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency with Apollo or similar sales prospecting and outbound tools.
  • Understanding of lead generation, sales pipelines, and marketing support workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and organize complex data.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or custom Salesforce development.
  • Knowledge of Agentforce or AI-based Salesforce tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
