What you will do
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including users, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate repetitive sales and marketing tasks.
- Manage Apollo for prospecting, list building, contact research, and sales outreach sequencing.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, copy coordination, and performance tracking.
- Support the marketing team with social media content scheduling and general asset coordination.
- Translate business requirements into technical CRM updates and detailed process documentation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and Flow Builder.
- Proven track record of supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency with Apollo or similar sales prospecting and outbound tools.
- Understanding of lead generation, sales pipelines, and marketing support workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and organize complex data.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or custom Salesforce development.
- Knowledge of Agentforce or AI-based Salesforce tools.
- Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
