Sr. Solutions Architect (DevOps)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote with up to 25% travel).

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to assess customer IT current state, goals, and operational requirements.
• Design and document target architectures, including cloud services, managed services, and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Create and deliver compelling technical proposals, diagrams, and analysis to client stakeholders.
• Align internal hirify.global resources and vendor partners to execute technical solution approaches.
• Evangelize technical excellence and emerging IT topics through presentations and community participation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of presales processes and GTM strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or solution architecture.
• Proven experience in a consulting role.
• Expert knowledge of DevOps, Intelligent Ops, Automation, AIOps, and Observability frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building DevOps platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and Agentic solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.

Nice to have

• Experience with Platform Engineering and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AIOPs governance and Agent First IT Ops maturity models.
• Experience writing Statements of Work (SOW) and Bills of Material (BoM).
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, Red Hat, or NVIDIA.
• Program or project management experience.
