HR Data Analyst

What you will do

• Manage the full HR data lifecycle: collect, clean, transform, and validate data from HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
• Run advanced analytics to identify HR trends, patterns, and correlations, and use predictive modeling to forecast trends and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards, custom reports, and visualizations for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and partner with IT and external vendors to optimize HR data management systems and implementations.
• Monitor data for anomalies/outliers and uphold HR data privacy and confidentiality for regulatory reporting and audits.
• Continuously improve processes through automation and support broader HR projects, including system implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably with a strong focus on people/HR data.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with major HRIS platforms and complex HR datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data transformation techniques.
• Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, non-technical narratives for business leaders.
