What you will do

• Inspect 3D printed builds for defects and manage rebuild tickets when necessary.
• Clean excess powder from builds using established procedures prior to heat treatment.
• Organize and process build platforms for heat treatment and subsequent finishing.
• Remove parts from platforms while maintaining lot traceability and coordinating with the machine shop.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on bandsaws, furnaces, and powder removal equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe production environment and ensure all safety and quality checklists are completed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work on-site in Raleigh, NC.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed footwear.
