What you will do

• Lead complex creative initiatives for investing products from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial concepts into clear, engaging visual assets.
• Develop multiple strategic creative directions to test assumptions and uncover innovative solutions.
• Mentor team members and advocate for exceptional client experiences throughout the design process.
• Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual expressions across digital, print, and social media.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a visual designer in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Strong background in digital creative, including web experience and motion design.
• Proven ability to adapt visual expressions across diverse media formats.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Resourceful, enterprising mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with research teams or using performance data to inform design.
• Technical motion production skills using After Effects.
• Illustration or drawing skills.
