Visual Designer (AI)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $69,500–$118,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Placement depends on relevant experience and skills.

What you will do

• Create brand-aligned design concepts for print, digital, social, presentation, and event materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters, UX designers, content strategists, marketing partners, and stakeholders to define project goals.
• Develop multimedia collateral using design theory, creative technologies, and established brand guidelines.
• Create or contribute to motion and animation solutions for digital communications and presentations.
• Use generative AI and other emerging tools to improve design quality and workflow efficiency.
• Account for audience needs, accessibility requirements, and print and production specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong visual design skills across print, digital, and presentation formats, including typography, layout, and information design.
• Experience working within established brands and design systems.
• Design samples must be submitted with the application.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of design experience in financial services, including digital campaigns and marketing communications.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Figma.
