What you will do

• Manage the credit control caseload from invoice issuance through to final settlement.
• Liaise with respondents to chase delayed payments and resolve billing queries.
• Process card payments over the phone and establish agreed instalment plans.
• Execute daily dialler campaigns and manage the Credit Control email inbox.
• Identify and provide reasonable adjustments for vulnerable customers.
• Issue Letters Before Action and manage first-instance complaints.

Requirements

• Previous experience in credit control or collections.
• Confident and clear telephone communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial circumstances with empathy.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Warrington for hybrid work
