Salary: $115,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Monthly Business Review and OKR process.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Perform variance analysis on Opex and ensure business accountability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability.
• Identify and refine key business performance indicators.
• Develop core reporting materials to increase efficiency and speed.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Pacific or Central time zones.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate complex data effectively.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with R or Python.
