Head of Growth Operations

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work setup with a home-office-friendly policy and a central Madrid office.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network.
• Identify bottlenecks and convert improvement opportunities into scalable, standardized processes across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Identify manual workflows suitable for AI automation and collaborate with Tech and Data teams on scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption of processes, document operational playbooks, and manage critical tools and procedures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and local teams to connect strategy with operational execution.
• Define and track operational-efficiency KPIs, using data to guide improvements in production time, output, and quality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy or operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfort working with data and defining performance KPIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Written and spoken English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to operational efficiency.
