What you will do

• Devise and implement inspection and testing methods for products and production equipment.
• Lead laboratory investigations and deviations using robust root-cause analysis tools.
• Ensure effective product control measures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Review and approve NCMRs, CAPAs, and validation activities, providing technical QA direction.
• Perform statistical analysis to assess costs and responsibilities for non-compliant materials.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively and proactively within cross-functional teams.
• Strict adherence to GMP and Safety procedures.
