What you will do

• Create solutions and solve complex problems within mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatics disciplines.
• Lead small-to-medium technical work packages and coordinate deliverables.
• Provide technical support to internal departments and external customers through to successful conclusion.
• Perform design reviews and contribute to the definition of technical standards and specifications.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers through on-the-job training and guidance.
• Support the bid and proposal process by providing technical estimates for work packages.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatics design.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing packages and PLM/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles and manufacturing/testing processes.
• Understanding of current legislation including REACH, RoHS, WEEE, and UKCA marking.
• Must be able to work in the UK without restrictions and successfully undergo UK National Security Vetting.
