Fraud Investigator (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia

Salary: €1,600 - €2,400 (gross)

What you will do

• Monitor risk alert queues to identify high-risk behavior within the business portfolio.
• Conduct detailed fraud investigations within SLAs to minimize potential revenue losses.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, policies, and fraud processes.
• Collaborate with a global fraud team to share experiences and improve detection methods.
• Make daily risk-based decisions to protect the organization and its banking partners.

Requirements

• Experience in a fraud investigations role or a similar risk-based position.
• Strong logical reasoning skills to distinguish legitimate behavior from suspected illicit activity.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a results-focused manner.
• Proficiency in written English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be located in Riga, Latvia.
