What you will do

• Manage creative projects throughout the design process, ensuring exceptional quality within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Partner with creative teams to develop strategies, present design projects, and sell the agency's service model to clients.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Creative, Production, and Finance to manage client expectations and team engagement.
• Mentor and train Account Coordinators to understand internal processes and contribute to projects.
• Coordinate photography processes, clarifying details and expectations to ensure the design vision is captured on set.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities through high-quality delivery and superior client service.

Requirements

• Experience in managing creative projects and maintaining strong client partnerships.
• Proficiency in O2, EQ Live, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively across different teams and sites.
• Ability to plan time efficiently and deliver results according to strict deadlines.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
