hirify.global is a fintech company currently launching a new brokerage firm (Casa de Bolsa) in its pre-operational phase.

What you will do

• Design and formalize the Internal Control Manual according to CUCB standards.
• Establish annual internal audit plans and risk-based control matrices.
• Review and approve all regulatory manuals for CNBV submission.
• Lead internal preparations and self-assessments for CNBV inspections.
• Verify AMIB certifications of personnel and oversee AML, trading, and custody policies.
• Submit annual compliance reports and coordinate with the AML Compliance Officer once operational.

Requirements

• Must hold current AMIB Contralor Normativo certification (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance or internal audit within a regulated financial institution, preferably a Casa de Bolsa.
• Deep expertise in CUCB, LMV, and CNBV regulatory processes.
• Must be willing to be individually registered with the CNBV and accept personal regulatory accountability.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to operate with strict independence from business lines.

Nice to have

• Direct experience interfacing with CNBV examiners during regulatory inspections.
• Experience drafting or reviewing regulatory manuals for CNBV submission.
• Prior experience as Contralor Normativo at another brokerage.
• Experience joining an institution during its pre-operational or start-up phase.
