Requirements

• 5+ years of senior product leadership in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
• Proven experience with locally regulated financial products in Africa or similar emerging markets.
• Deep understanding of regional regulatory requirements and payment infrastructure.
• Experience launching financial products under local licensing frameworks.
• Commercial mindset with strong execution skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with financial regulators or licensed entities in Africa.
• Experience with trading or brokerage platforms.
• Deep knowledge of regional market specifics and customer expectations.
