What you will do

• Own the Billing product area roadmap, quarterly goals, and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems focusing on accuracy, idempotency, and monitoring.
• Improve revenue protection through dunning, failed payment recovery, and dispute/chargeback flows.
• Define and maintain comprehensive billing domain documentation and operational run-books.
• Run discovery with internal teams and customers to translate pain points into clear PRDs.
• Drive antifraud strategy execution by shipping real-time protections and improving detection rules.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience, with 1–2 years owning a technically complex domain.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, payouts, fee models, and reconciliation.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers on backend and system design trade-offs.
• Proficiency in defining metrics and using data analysis to prioritize impact.
• English: C1 fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in Armenia (Remote CET).

Nice to have

• Experience with payment processors like Stripe or PayPal.
• Background in B2B SaaS pricing and packaging.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance requirements (SOX, SOC2).
• Track record of reducing billing-related support volume via tooling.
