Location: Must be based in and eligible to work in Ukraine; position requires at least 60% office attendance in Kyiv.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Configure and maintain office networks, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding processes.
• Support IT operations during online and offline events.
• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and assist with procurement.
• Automate operational workflows and ensure adherence to IT policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in and eligible to work in Ukraine.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in IT support or helpdesk.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and full proficiency in English (C1+).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network protocols, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Ability to occasionally overlap with United States Eastern Time business hours.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience on projects funded by the U.S. Government or other donors.
• Experience with Power Automate or PowerShell.
