What you will do
- Provide technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, telephone, and email.
- Resolve and escalate technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage support cases and record detailed information in the company's CRM.
- Interact with other departments to provide customer feedback for product improvement.
- Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required.
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid setup).
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with high empathy and communication skills.
- Ability to remain stress-resistant in a professional environment.
