What you will do

  • Provide technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, telephone, and email.
  • Resolve and escalate technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage support cases and record detailed information in the company's CRM.
  • Interact with other departments to provide customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

  • English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required.
  • Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid setup).
  • Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with high empathy and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain stress-resistant in a professional environment.
