What you will do
- Integrate and support the SAMM DACAS platform to ensure operational efficiency.
- Test enhancements and validate updates for the continuous improvement of the tool.
- Provide daily technical support to end-users, resolving queries and issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides and processes.
- Handle issue escalation to Level 1 support when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve tool adoption and usability.
Requirements
- English: Minimum B2, preferably C1 level.
- Experience or knowledge of workflow authoring (SB).
- Familiarity with SAMM DACAS tool, Engineering Maintenance, and the aeronautics industry.
- General IT experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, user-focused support environment.
