What you will do

• Integrate and support the SAMM DACAS platform to ensure operational efficiency.
• Test enhancements and validate updates for the continuous improvement of the tool.
• Provide daily technical support to end-users, resolving queries and issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides and processes.
• Handle issue escalation to Level 1 support when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve tool adoption and usability.

Requirements

• English: Minimum B2, preferably C1 level.
• Experience or knowledge of workflow authoring (SB).
• Familiarity with SAMM DACAS tool, Engineering Maintenance, and the aeronautics industry.
• General IT experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, user-focused support environment.
