What you will do

• Plan, build, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, Amazon, and Reddit Ads.
• Create custom data models and reports using Google Analytics, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Manage daily client communications via Zoom, phone, and email to share insights and recommendations.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization strategies.
• Contribute to internal team strategies and stay current on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.
• Mentor and train new hires and junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, CTV, Criteo, and Reddit.
• Authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
• Strong analytical expertise and ability to prioritize workload across multiple projects.
