Head of Social Media & Channels (Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead the strategic and operational development of hirify.global Sweden's owned and managed channels.
• Define the role and purpose of each channel to ensure ecosystem relevance and growth.
• Develop content and programming strategies to drive consistency and audience engagement.
• Monitor emerging trends and platform developments to guide content decisions and unlock growth.
• Own the overall content planning process, including editorial calendars and major campaigns.
• Lead and develop the Social Media & Channels team, overseeing resource management and coaching.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Editorial Programming, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing channel strategies or editorial programming for brands or publishers.
• Strong understanding of audience behavior and platform dynamics across digital and social channels.
• Experience translating business objectives into actionable growth strategies.
• Proven track record of managing teams and fostering high performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
