What you will do
- Manage and grow the social media team, setting clear standards and priorities.
- Develop and execute a strategic social media channel plan aligned with product launches and community engagement.
- Create and oversee product-related social content including copywriting, storyboarding, and directing creative assets.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to shape announcements and content.
- Track and report on social media metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
Requirements
- 12+ years of social media experience with at least 2 years managing a team
- Based in Stockholm or ready to relocate
- Strong strategic thinking and product marketing aptitude.
- Excellent technical communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to create or direct visual product content.
- Experience with Lovable product is a plus.
