Salary: 44,600–61,400 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and develop the internal creative services function as a trusted partner for all studio teams.
• Define the operating model, including intake processes, priority alignment, and quality standards.
• Translate brand and communication strategies into clear briefs and efficient delivery plans for AAA games and studio initiatives.
• Partner with production leadership to ensure assets (trailers, key visuals, in-game capture) are resourced and delivered on time.
• Manage team structure, workforce planning, hiring, and professional development of creative leads and specialists.
• Oversee relationships with external creative partners, freelancers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a leadership role within gaming, entertainment, or a large-scale global creative organization.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams producing static, video, digital, and in-game formats.
• Strong expertise in game or entertainment marketing and IP-led creative work.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-project environments with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience establishing operating models for creative services, including review processes and quality bars.
• Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
