What you will do

• Create and execute events and promotion plans to drive engagement, excitement, and monetization.
• Analyze KPIs and sales trends to optimize game performance.
• Analyze game economies to improve retention and monetization of products.
• Develop and test hypotheses to refine events and player offers.
• Collaborate with Producers, Developers, PMs, QA, and Support to enhance player experience.
• Report product statuses and findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Live Operator in f2p games.
• At least 2 years of experience managing project schedules, timelines, and releases.
• Ability to make accurate decisions based on limited information.
• Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in conducting presentations.
