Salary: 7500 - 9900 PLN / month

What you will do

• Ensure high-quality and timely game releases for each title.
• Coordinate releases and projects with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare game pages, including metadata, graphics, and descriptions.
• Supervise contributions from marketing, legal, financial, and technical teams.
• Maintain the hirify.global catalog and handle publisher requests post-launch.
• Identify innovations to improve release workflows and user experience.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required for professional communication with publishers.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities within a dynamic release calendar.
• Strong interpersonal skills, combining diplomacy and assertiveness.
• Attention to detail and a business-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Jira, Google Workplace, and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and gaming-related hardware/software.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations.
• Skills in scripting, Jira automations, or AI.
