What you will do

• Define and implement the expansion strategy for pigment distribution activities across Europe.
• Analyze purchasing and sales activities and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Directly manage supplier and customer accounts and negotiate contracts.
• Set pricing and short-to-medium term strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations on purchase planning and inventory optimization.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives focusing on climate change and social responsibility.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, chemical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in product management, procurement, or sales within the chemical industry (e.g., coatings, plastics, paper).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to assess risks in a global supply context.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make quick, decisive actions.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP.
