What you will do

• Lead the commissioning strategy for constructed reality across all platforms to maximize audience reach and appreciation.
• Innovate digital strategies to grow brands on hirify.global services and third-party platforms, including YouTube.
• Manage and nurture relationships with UK-based creative partners, producers, and talent.
• Direct the development process and shortlisting of innovative, risk-taking proposals.
• Manage significant budgets and ensure commissions meet financial targets and regulatory requirements.
• Establish strategies for duty of care and compliance, particularly regarding casting and talent considerations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of identifying and delivering hit constructed reality programming and successful formats.
• Experience driving digital innovation and maximizing audience growth on third-party platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the international market for reality formats and experience in commercial partnerships.
• Ability to formulate and deliver cohesive editorial strategies for program slate management.
• Extensive experience in compliance, welfare, and managing flagship series that grow ratings.
• Must be based in or able to work from Glasgow or Salford, UK.
