What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of businesses under a key conglomerate account, overseeing the effective placement of insurance programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction regarding servicing and annual renewals.
• Implement the Marsh client servicing model to align insurance solutions with client risk profiles and business operations.
• Collaborate with internal placement, specialty, claims, and risk consulting teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Review third-party contracts (e.g., projects, tenancy, dealership agreements) and conduct training workshops.
• Take responsibility for assigned account profitability, budgeting, and receivables.

Requirements

• Valid broker license.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in the insurance broking industry with deep product knowledge.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is critical.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, being pro-active and solution-focused.
