What you will do
- Maintain the enterprise risk register, document mitigation plans, and follow up with risk owners across strategic, operational, financial, and legal risk areas.
- Administer the GRC platform, maintain reporting taxonomy and data integrity, and produce dashboards, KPIs, and risk trend analyses.
- Prepare executive, committee, and Board risk materials, including agendas, presentations, minutes, action logs, and supporting analyses.
- Maintain ERM program documents and support internal risk awareness through company communication channels.
- Support operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management initiatives, including exercises, incident logs, and remediation tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, or a closely related function.
- Experience maintaining risk registers, conducting risk assessments, and engaging stakeholders across risk programs.
- Working knowledge of ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000, plus hands-on GRC platform experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present complex risk information clearly.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the jurisdiction is required.
