KYC Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Based in Malta; occasional travel to offices in Serbia, the Netherlands, or Malta may be required.

What you will do

• Manage KYC, CDD, EDD, and sanctions screening for customers and suppliers.
• Implement lifecycle risk assessments and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Investigate gaming-related compliance incidents and escalate higher-risk relationships.
• Support AML/CFT policies, procedures, audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews.
• Assist with due diligence for iGaming licence applications and renewals.
• Advise stakeholders on risk mitigation and support group-level compliance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, economics, criminology, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance, preferably in financial services, iGaming, or technology.
• Practical experience with customer and supplier due diligence, risk assessments, and screening processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions, compliance, or risk management certifications or training.
• Experience with OneTrust, World-Check, KYCmatic, case management systems, or similar tools.
• Additional languages relevant to the jurisdictions in which the Group operates.
