Senior Data Center IT Technician (AI)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (Applicants must be authorized to work in Estonia)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises with large-scale GPU orchestration and infrastructure.

What you will do

• Solve complex hardware issues with servers through advanced troubleshooting.
• Proactively handle L1/L2 support tasks via the ticketing system and execute workarounds.
• Collaborate with L3 technicians and infrastructure engineers to optimize diagnostics and improve SLA.
• Develop and update processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Perform basic network tasks, troubleshooting, and support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of data centers and server equipment.
• Advanced practical experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line.
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be authorized to work in Estonia.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Driving license type B.
