Location: Onsite in Seongnam-si, South Korea

What you will do
- Monitor and maintain server and network hardware, including troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Run complex hardware diagnostics and perform timely repairs on failing parts.
- Collaborate with software and network engineering teams to ensure high-performance cluster health.
- Upgrade internal system components such as CPUs, memory, and network cabling.
- Manage hardware-related tickets and coordinate with logistics for component removal.
- Guide junior technicians on ticket resolution and complex cluster observations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a data center technician or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of data center environments, server hardware, and network equipment.
- Must be based onsite in Seongnam-si, South Korea.
- English proficiency required for clear communication with team members and clients.
- Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
