What you will do

• Assist with performance review cycles by gathering feedback and tracking individual development plans.
• Contribute to the wellbeing program and organize initiatives promoting health and work-life balance.
• Support a positive work environment through climate surveys and team-building activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding professional growth resources.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Requirements

• Degree or current studies in Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
• Available part-time (mornings) with a flexible schedule.
• Fluent Spanish and English (B2 minimum).
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills and empathy.
