Data Analyst (E-commerce)

hirify.global is a pan-European fashion and lifestyle e-commerce ecosystem developing Pre-owned and Trade-in services.

What you will do

• Develop the Recommerce data landscape in collaboration with Data Engineering, from solution design through implementation.
• Create, improve, and automate reports and dashboards that answer key commercial questions for Pre-owned.
• Conduct purposeful analyses and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Development, Product, Operations, and Pre-owned management teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and solid experience with Python and MicroStrategy.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong English communication skills required, including communication with stakeholders and senior management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, perseverance, structured independent working style, and strong teamwork.
