Data Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid home-office model

What you will do

• Build infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources.
• Assemble complex datasets and design data pipeline architectures that meet business requirements.
• Monitor data quality and ensure production data is accurate and available.
• Create alerts and dashboards for tracking business KPIs.
• Automate manual processes, optimise queries, and redesign infrastructure for scalability.
• Collaborate with analytics, business, and cross-functional teams on data models, reporting, visualisation, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Experience building and optimising data pipelines, datasets, and workflow management tools such as Dataform.
• Advanced SQL, database experience, and experience working with large datasets.
• Python programming skills and experience with data visualisation or exploration tools such as Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Business proficiency in English and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
• Curiosity about experimenting with and integrating emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• Advanced Microsoft and Google Office skills, including Excel.
